Chez RunPhyto Labs, nous réunissons des compétences complémentaires en biologie, phytochimie, développement industriel et réglementation afin de transformer le potentiel des plantes médicinales de La Réunion en solutions dermo-cosmétiques innovantes.

Sabrina PESNEL, PhD
C.E.O, direction scientifique et R&D

Docteure en biologie cellulaire et moléculaire, Sabrina Pesnel possède plus de dix ans d’expérience en recherche biomédicale, notamment en cancérologie, en imagerie préclinique et dans l’évaluation de molécules à potentiel thérapeutique.

Sa thèse CIFRE, menée en partenariat entre les Laboratoires Pierre Fabre et le CNRS, lui a permis de développer une solide expertise dans la conception, l’évaluation et la validation préclinique de nouvelles approches thérapeutiques.

En parallèle de ses activités de recherche, elle enseigne les neurosciences et la psychophysiologie à l’Université Catholique de l’Ouest et poursuit une spécialisation dans le domaine des médecines naturelles, afin d’associer les connaissances traditionnelles sur les plantes médicinales à une démarche scientifique rigoureuse.

Au sein de RunPhyto Labs, Sabrina pilote la stratégie scientifique et la R&D. Elle supervise notamment la sélection et la validation biologique des actifs végétaux ainsi que le développement des futurs produits, avec pour objectif de transformer le potentiel des plantes de La Réunion en solutions innovantes, efficaces et scientifiquement documentées.

Rachid CHAWECH, PhD
Responsable phytochimie et substances naturelles

Docteur en chimie des substances naturelles, Rachid Chawech est spécialisé dans l’étude des plantes médicinales et l’identification de leurs molécules bioactives.

Formé entre l’Université de Sfax et l’Université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier, il a poursuivi ses travaux de recherche en laboratoire universitaire puis au sein de TORSKAL, entreprise spécialisée dans les biotechnologies végétales. Ce parcours lui a permis de développer une solide expertise dans l’extraction, l’analyse et la caractérisation des substances naturelles.

Il maîtrise notamment les principales techniques de phytochimie et d’analyse des composés végétaux, telles que la HPLC, la LC-MS, la GC-MS et la RMN.

Au sein de RunPhyto Labs, Rachid pilote les travaux de phytochimie, depuis l’extraction des composés végétaux jusqu’à leur identification et leur caractérisation. Son expertise permet de sélectionner les actifs naturels les plus prometteurs et de contribuer à leur valorisation dans le développement des futurs produits RunPhyto Labs.

Ayoub KOO-PIN-HIN
Responsable production et industrialisation

Titulaire d’un BTS en maintenance industrielle, Ayoub Koo-Pin-Hin bénéficie de plus de dix ans d’expérience dans des environnements industriels exigeants, notamment dans les secteurs agroalimentaire et radiopharmaceutique.

Au cours de son parcours, il a développé une expertise dans la maintenance d’équipements de haute technologie, notamment des cyclotrons, ainsi que dans la production de médicaments radiopharmaceutiques et le contrôle qualité.

Également fondateur d’un organisme de formation certifié Qualiopi, il dispose de compétences solides en gestion de projets, assurance qualité et réglementation.

Au sein de RunPhyto Labs, Ayoub met cette expérience au service du passage de la recherche à la production. Il supervise notamment l’industrialisation des procédés, la production et la conformité réglementaire, afin de garantir le développement de produits répondant aux exigences de qualité et de sécurité.
 

Notre partenaire scientifique

Raoudha JARRAYA, PhD
Docteure en chimie organique, elle possède une solide expérience dans l’enseignement et la recherche en phytochimie et en chimie des substances naturelles.
Originaire de Tunisie, elle obtient son doctorat en 1998 à l’Université de Sfax, où elle poursuit depuis ses activités de recherche et d’enseignement. Ses travaux portent notamment sur l’étude des substances naturelles d’origine végétale, leur extraction, leur caractérisation et la recherche de molécules présentant un intérêt biologique.
Son expertise en chimie organique et en phytochimie contribue à mieux comprendre la composition chimique des plantes médicinales et à identifier les composés susceptibles d’être valorisés.
Elle met son expertise scientifique au service de notre projet pour la formulation et le développement des produits dermo-cosmétiques. Elle contribue notamment à l’intégration et à la valorisation des actifs végétaux sélectionnés afin de développer des formulations innovantes, stables et adaptées aux applications cosmétiques visées.
